Loose Jeans

The biggest positive is the fit. It’s difficult to find loose fitting jeans in shorter inseams and these fit me amazing.

Another major plus is that, unlike some of Abbreviated’s other jeans and pants, these don’t use blended fabrics. I strongly prefer 100% cotton denim and probably wouldn’t have purchased them otherwise.

The construction is good overall. The stitching is clean, and I like that the zipper is sewn up into the inside of the waistband rather than simply stopping below it. They feel well made, but beyond that, I don’t see many higher-end construction details that really stand out.

I would personally be willing to pay more for a more premium version of these jeans with higher-quality denim and details such as tucked belt loops, leather patch, hidden rivets reinforcing the back pockets, heavier pocket bags, more substantial hardware, and other traditional denim features.

Overall, the fit and 100% cotton fabric are what make these worth buying for me. I really like the jeans and will buy them again in other colors, but I’d love to see Abbreviated offer a higher-end version for people who are willing to pay more for premium denim and construction.

Given my size I wear these as my “baggy jeans” and they work, I like them, I’ll have to get them in a different color soon!

Being a masc female it’s hard to find jeans that aren’t too long. These fit just right. I feel confident in there. They are great quality. Do yourself a favor and pull the trigger on the purchase.

I’m 5’3 and I got the 30 waist and 28 inseam, and they fit and look perfectly on me. Not only that, but the quality is insanely beautiful. May be a bit expensive but worth it for the wardrobe in the long run because people will notice the quality and fit on you more than anything else.

Absolutely perfect fit! Lovin it so far. Inseam length sits right at the ankle, plenty of room in the thigh/gluts, and deep pockets. The only feedback I can give is spacing the front rungs a little further apart by the zipper/button. When I wear a belt, you can see the buckle just narrowly fitting between (pictured). Otherwise, I love the quality and look of this pair of jeans! Hoping for more color ways because I will definitely be buying another pair or two!

I also recommend going up a size just as the description states that the waist runs a little tighter than normal. I have yet to put it through the wash/drier, but the waist is just right as it is without a belt. I normally wear a 28/29 waist, and even after a wash/frier session, other jeans have shrunk to a snug fit. If I didn’t put it through a cycle, my 28/29 jeans would still be roomy in the waist where I might need a belt. Regardless, everything about the Abbreviated jeans is fantastic!

Fit great out of the gate & didn't require alterations. Denim fabric is better than similar price point from other retailers.

I’m 5’7 and have never had jeans fit me properly. I ordered the loose fit 26.5” length and they fit me great - they sit just slightly above the heel which is exactly what I wanted. The waist size is also a true fit too. Very happy!

I knew this when I bought the jeans, but the black jeans fit a little better and have a little more loose feel to them. The super light washed jeans are nice, but feel a bit tight and kind of hug my hamstrings and butt a little closer than I like. Likely will not wear the super light washed, and purchasing the ultra baggy jeans in the super light washed color to see if I can get the look I was going for.

I have never been able to buy jeans off the rack that fit. I have tried the ultra expensive clothing for short guys and unless you are the model of fitness, good luck. These are by far the best jeans I have purchased in a very long time, you won't regret this purchase.

These jeans are great. Inseam lengths are obviously good but in addition, the adjusted rise makes a big difference in how they fit. I like these a lot. They look nice not only in my true size but also sized up for a baggier look

At this point I’ve spent a fair amount on all sorts of clothes from Abbreviated, and I have yet to be disappointed, or feel like I need to reach out for a return/refund.

These jeans fit me perfectly; I stand at 5’4” weighing around 135lbs. Fairly lean and built so I needed the extra comfort offered by the style of these pants. Like always, the 25” inseam fits me with a very slight break, and the silhouette perfectly frames my short king stature.

I got some loose jeans 28” waist 25” inseam. I have never had a pair of jeans fit this perfectly. I was fully expecting to have to send them back for a different size. Great customer service - the pants were shipped so soon after order. Will definitely look for these jeans in a different color. They’re great.

These have the perfect fit, and I’ve finally found somewhere that consistently has 28L inseams. They feel high quality and are just the right size.

The Loose jeans were perfect! A little small around the thighs but I also have thick thighs so I wasn’t surprised! The length and waist fit perfectly snug and no more having my jeans drag on the floor!

They were exactly what I wanted. I finally don’t have to cuff my pants! This brand is a lifesaver.

I love them. The only thing thats missing is a logo patch at the back where the belt loop goes. Also, i think 26 is better than a 26.5 inseam. if you can do 25,26,28 and so on that would have been great. But overall great jeans.
