Returns and exchanges
- We offer free returns & exchanges for US based customers.
- We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date we send your shipment confirmation email to request a return or exchange.
- To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging.

- Return labels expire 14 days after initiation. If your label expires and you're still in the 30 day return window, reach out to us for a new label.
- International (non-U.S.) return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Returns should be sent to the address below via a carrier of your choosing. Please include a packing slip obtained via the returns portal linked above. International orders are not eligible for exchange due to duty and tax laws. The easiest way to get an exchange is to make a return, and then place a new order.

- To return an exchange item, send an email to help@abbreviated.com with your order # in the subject line.
- Free returns and exchanges apply to normal use. We reserve the right to deny free returns or exchanges, or require customers to cover return shipping, in cases of repeated return activity, repeated fit trials across multiple orders, large orders with few or no items kept, or other behavior that falls outside normal shopping patterns.
- A 10% restocking fee, calculated based on the original item price, may be applied to returns involving repeated return activity, large orders with few or no items kept, or other patterns that fall outside normal shopping behavior.
- Free returns include one prepaid return label per order. Additional return requests for the same order will incur a $10 return label fee, which will be deducted from the refund. If you need to make changes to your return after submitting your request, email help@abbreviated.com before sending it back and we can help update your return.
- If you return an item that was part of an "Buy More Save More" promotion, your refund amount may be adjusted based on your eligibility for the discount tier after the return.
- We are not responsible for any items lost during returns shipping.
- Shipping charges and Shipping Coverage charges are always non-refundable.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
- Products marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return.
- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, damage, odors, or pet hair. Items returned in unacceptable condition are ineligible for return or exchange and will be refused without reshipment.
- Returns/exchanges which have not been submitted through our returns portal will not be processed and will not be sent back.
- Shipping charges and Shipping Coverage charges are always non-refundable.
Free shipping, returns, and exchanges
- Free shipping offers, free returns, and free exchanges apply to domestic (inside the U.S.A.) customers only.
Shipping Policies
- Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates - not guarantees.
- International orders may be subject to customs processing, which can occasionally extend delivery timelines.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been fulfilled.

Shipping Coverage
- Shipping Coverage can be purchased at checkout. If purchased, it covers the value of your order if it is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipment.
- Approved Shipping Coverage claims are fulfilled by replacement of the affected item(s).
- Once a replacement has been issued, the original order is considered resolved and is no longer eligible for return, refund, or additional compensation, even if the original package is later recovered.
- Replacement orders issued under Shipping Coverage are eligible for exchange or return for store credit only; they are not eligible for a refund.
- If Shipping Coverage is declined at checkout, Abbreviated is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
- We monitor Shipping Coverage usage to ensure it remains fair and reliable for all customers. In rare cases of unusual claim activity, we may review or deny coverage eligibility for a specific order or address. If coverage is denied under review, the Shipping Coverage fee will be refunded.
- Shipping Coverage fees are non-refundable once an order has been fulfilled.
Damages and issues
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Do not submit a return request for damaged or defective items.
- Damages and issues must be handled within the 30 day return window.
International Orders - Duties & Taxes
- Duties and taxes aren’t refundable through us, since they’re collected by your country’s customs agency. But we’re happy to provide documentation if you’d like to request a refund directly from them — just reach out.
Black Friday Sale Event
- $150 threshold for 25% discount is in USD. Discount will automatically be applied to your cart before you checkout.
- Returns that drop your order total under $150 will void the 25% discount, and your refund will reflect the full, non-discounted prices.
- Gift Cards are not eligible for Black Friday sale event.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
- Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
- Once we've received and inspected your return, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
