Marketing Manager

Full Time Role - Remote

Abbreviated is a fast-growing ecommerce brand making better-fitting clothing for shorter men. We serve thousands of customers each month and are looking for a Marketing Manager to help scale the brand.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building and executing. The right person will take ownership of existing marketing programs while also helping identify and launch new ones.

You’ll work closely with the founder and play a key role in shaping how the brand shows up to customers.

What you’ll do

• Own day-to-day marketing execution
• Manage the marketing calendar and coordinate campaigns
• Operate and improve our core marketing programs
• Build relationships with creators and partners
• Help expand our marketing footprint into new channels
• Work closely with the founder to shape brand voice and positioning
• Measure performance and improve results over time

This role is intentionally broad. The right person will be comfortable both executing existing marketing efforts and building new ones from scratch.

Who this role is for

• 3–7 years of experience in marketing, ecommerce, or a related field
• Experience working with consumer brands, ecommerce companies, or agencies
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong taste and instinct for brand and creative
• Good understanding of how modern social media and digital marketing work
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment
• Self-directed and able to figure things out without extensive structure

Compensation & Benefits

• $80–100k base salary depending on experience
• Default 4-day work week (Monday-Thursday)
