Flannel Shirt

Great flannel shirt. I think these are the best in the market. Fabric is on the heavier side and quite stiff but it should soften with age. The color is lighter than shown in the picture. I was expecting it to be brown but it’s actually closer to moss. The fit overall is nice but to nitpick, I wish the shoulders were a little wider and the overall length a tad bit shorter. The chest is fine and roomy but the shoulders seem to restrict movement ever so slightly. A thin shirt underneath is ok but a heavier weight undershirt would be too tight. Also, if you look at the model pictures, the front of the flannel ends right where the sleeves end but in my picture and from looking at another reviewer’s picture, the shirt is slightly longer. These aren’t deal breakers for me but something to note. The length on size XS is 26.5”, and shirts made by their competitors are actually longer in the same size.

I’m 5’5”, 160 lbs with a more stockier build, and finding shirts that fit right is always a headache. Picked this flannel up in a medium from Abbreviated Apparel and it legit fits perfect. Length is on point and the proportions are right. Super happy with it. 10/10!

This flannel feels like I’m wearing a blanket and is one of the coziest things I own right now, it’ll definitely keep you warm if that’s something you’re looking for. The length on everything is great. As a wider necked guy it’s on the tighter fitting side when fully buttoned but has enough room that I wouldn’t call it an issue, just not how I’d wear it. Overall a solid purchase!

The material is on the thinner side however its a nice flannel and fits very well.

Still a little longer in the body but a good alternative to regular sized shirts.

This shirt is not only well proportioned for me (5’7”) but the quality is great too. Heavy material and good stitching.

Should have gotten a size L, but still cute. Love the colors and it’s super soft!

There are some of us short fat guys that would like to be considered when making sizes. Think Danny Devito. You think he wears one of your extra larges? I'm 5'1 200# and the arm length and body length are fine but this xl feel like a medium. I am taking the fat shots so my weight is on the way down but still the shirt I ordered.. I can't wear for another few months. Maybe after 25 lbs..

The fit is perfect. Sleeve length and body length is as if the shirt was made just for me.

Fits well

I'm wearing this flannel almost every day now. It's comfortable and doesn't drown me as a very short person. I am so short that the sleeves are a bit too long and still need rolling up, but they look natural compared to the bulk of rolling up a regular flannel's sleeves.

This flannel has quickly become my favorite. Like everything else at Abbreviated, it is very well made and actually fits properly. It's a nice thick and warm fabric and has just the right length. I highly recommend it!

You make clothes for men of my structure. I'm 5'4", 195 lbs. I'm a weight lifter. Length-wise I'm a M; bredth-wise I'm an XL. As a compromise, I normally have to wear L which is a bit tight. You make clothes that fit me like a normal person wears.

This clothing brand gets it! I’ve had such a hard time finding clothes that fit perfectly. Now, I have abbreviated to lean on for that!

Wish I would have known about Abbreviated sooner - the right pair of Jeans will make you feel great.. I went from 2 pairs to 5 pairs in a month.. As soon as they restock the relaxed straight.. the flannels are equally as awesome - they have a great weight to them. I'll order more.. Love these Jeans...
