Tumbled Linen Loose Trousers

These are great classic linen pull on pants. Good weight & quality- finally a place where you can buy pants that don’t need to be altered. I wish there were more colors.

These are what I always hope loose trousers will be and almost never are. The tumbled linen has that relaxed, effortless look without crossing over into sloppy. With great texture they're thick enough to hold shape and not feel close to ripping like some linen, yet perfectly thin enough to breathe in the summer. Perfect drape, they’re incredibly comfortable, and somehow they still look intentional enough that you can dress them up with a button-down or throw on a tee. What impressed me most is the silhouette—the extra room actually feels like part of the design rather than simply sizing up a pair of pants. They move well, breathe well, and have that slightly lived-in character that makes linen look better the more you wear it. Easy five stars.

I wore these out and about outside at some events that did require pants rather than shorts. We were visiting homes and walking around in 108° summer weather in Dallas Texas. These pants were loose and breezy not at all sticking to my legs and I could feel the air highly recommend. The blend of fabric was also such that it did not wrinkle the way true linen would.

Love the material and drape of these pants, great color (the slate/black one), super comfortable. I'd like to get them in other colors too, but the crotch rise is just too long, like by an inch or more — weird since they fit perfectly otherwise, but I see one other reviewer mentioned this. Also the tan color seems to be a bit transparent making the pocket lining show through.

If the rise were fixed I'd buy several more pairs, especially if a slightly more opaque tan or an olive color were available!

Fit great, look great…slinky casual pants to wear with “linen look” casual shirt and loafers. What more can I say? Husband loves the style.

Fantastic fabric, feels lux because of the weight and texture of the fabric. The black is easy to dress up or be super casual with a tshirt and slides.

Fills a great need for linen casual pants for shorter men. Two minor adjustments would make these perfect: 1) shorter rise — the rise on these is almost what you’d see in pants not designed for shorter men; 2) put a zipper fly on these, for reasons that should be obvious.

My first purchase from Abbreviated and these are pretty awesome. Light and flowy, they are exactly what I was looking for in this hotter weather. Something else I can finally wear besides shorts. Going to order a couple more.

These pants are the perfect weight for a hot day. I'm glad that they are a linen blend because they didn't shrink much in the wash on cold with low dryer. They also don't wrinkle nearly as much as 100% linen.

Very nice fit, drape, and material. I'll be taking these on vacation for comfy lounging around the pool and meals. I'm 5"5" and muscular and these are perfect for when I want to be really casual. The material is just the right weight, light enough to be breezy, but not light enough to compromise durability (I hope). Just ordered my 2nd pair as well as a linen shirt of the same material.
