Really bad pocket flaring
Thanks for the feedback, Bob. From the photo, it looks like the pants may be sitting higher on the waist than intended. This style is designed with a standard mid-rise, and pulling them up higher can create tension through the hips and cause the pockets to flare. Wearing them slightly lower on the hips should allow the front and pockets to sit more naturally.
The fit is amazing. Very comfortable.

Love the color material and how comfortable they are and overall the quality of these chinos are a 10 in my book. The only observation I have is that I wish you could increase your hems in 0.5 throughout your size selection, instead of jumping from 25 inseam to 26.5 inseam. A 0.5 may not seem much but it makes a difference, specially for us with short legs. My perfect inseam is 26, hence my observation. Thank you.
I’ve ordered several pairs in different colors, but all were size 32x26.5. Two of the pairs I ordered, navy and loden, fit great and I was very pleased with the quality and style. Several of the other pairs I received were definitely labeled incorrectly and were at least a full size smaller in the waist as I couldn’t even fasten them. I’d like to get a pair in each color, but it’s a gamble on whether the next pair I order will fit. Customers service is great and very responsive, but it gets to be an inconvenience making multiple returns until I get pairs that fit. I think they need to do some QC checks on sizing consistency before selling them to customers. Just received a pair in the mail today that were way smaller than other pairs I kept and have to initiate another return.

Excellent fit
Just perfect. It is crazy to me that no 'main' brands sell pants under 30" length. I picked up two pairs of these chinos and a pair of jeans this week and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality and fit. Thank you guys!
First time ordering from abbreviated - can’t going back and forth to the cart until I went for it and made the payment. Always afraid the buy before you try scenario. I bought three pair of pants - got the straight. They fit well, just feel a little too baggy for straight. They may grow on me.

Bought the straight leg chino pants and the regular t-shirt and both fit me perfect. I'm 5'7 and for the pants I got the 30 waist and 26.5 length, but I think the 28 length would also look and fit fine.
A little tight
These are such nice chinos I love them. Finally a pair of pants not the perfect length but also fit my legs perfectly! I got the charcoal color and it's super nice.
It’s so nice to have pants that fit right out of the bag. I purchased the straight chino pants in black in a size 34x26.5. I will say these pants do run a bit smaller, I usually wear a 32w or 33w depending on the brand. I’d size up 1 size if you’re in between sizes (5’6 183 lbs). As for the length, the 26.5 was a perfect length, which falls at a half break with most of my shoes (sambas, Solomon xt-6, vans old school, dr marten 1461s). The length does flood above my ankle more than I would like when I’m sitting down but not a huge issue. Additionally, I would have liked the leg fit to be a bit looser (I have thicker legs), but the silhouette was still comfortable and breathable. Im hoping there will be relaxed/loose fit chinos in the future.
At some point I just accepted that pants would never really fit me off the shelf. Then I found Abbreviated, ordered online without trying them on, and they were the best fitting pants I've ever bought. Immediately ordered more in other styles/colors. The 32" waist is perfect for me, and I've bought some in the 28" inseam and some in 26.5" for different styling/shoe options.
My go to chinos now they rest perfect on my body. I got the 34x26.5 . Waiting for my olive ones and I’m set
